In 2024, Legal & General Investment Management commissioned Studio Multi to design a coliving / student living scheme to optimise a compact urban site close to Tower Bridge.
The project comprises the retention of much of a Victorian warehouse, with a larger new-build element set into the site.
Composition study. The building is divided into vertical bays and a layer hierarchy.
The building is composed in two bays, aligning with the existing Victorian warehouse building
