Florenc Bus Terminal

Prague, 2026

Studio Multi was placed as Runner-Up in Penta Real Estate's competition for a temporary bus terminal in Prague.

The building sits between two branches of an historic railway viaduct designed by the Italian-Austrian engineer Alois Negrelli.

Our proposal reimagines the terminal as a reusable civic structure. A lightweight steel kit-of-parts using ES Global’s rock’n’roll staging system shelters a timber building-within-a-building, designed to adapt, relocate and evolve over time.
